When offering a luxury service to a high-end audience, we have very high standards in choosing the right partner. We create experiences with the “wow”- effect and this is what differentiates us from the mainstream: to us, it is not about collecting the largest variety of partners to put our customers in awe of the many different choices.
It is about finding the right partners; that is finding partners who can wow us with just a few choices. Quality is more important than quantity.
In selecting our partners we go through a rigorous process of testing and evaluating the many prospects by certain criteria that have been most important to us and to our customers.

Our customers are our livelihood. Therefore we strive to satisfy their every need. Every member in our organization lives by this mantra and we expect our partners to do the same. In offering services we always put service first and whether on a yacht out on the sea, or in a penthouse in the middle of the city, the personal service is most important to us. No matter what the occasion or the event we want our clients to be blown away by the high standards of service. 
 
2nd Exceptionality

In approaching us, our customers have decided to look for something out of the ordinary. Something that cannot be offered by anyone else. In seeking out our partners we look for uniqueness and exclusivity that cannot be found anywhere else. By combining what our partners have to offer we create experiences that our customers will remember for the rest of their lives, no matter where they are from or what they normally do. Simply by offering the unique and exceptional services that we do, we can amaze even the most exclusive clients.
 
Of course those two basic criteria have to be met in order for us to consider working together. But the final test is maybe the hardest: consistent quality. None of the criteria make sense if they are not delivered with a consistent quality of the highest standards.
We know how difficult it is to achieve and maintain the high standards we have set for our partners and ourselves. We therefore dedicate a large portion of time on working together with our partners in order to achieve these goals so that we can not only meet, but exceed the wildest dreams of our exclusive clientele.
